Biography
2012-13: Played 17 rounds in nine tournaments … tied for sixth place at the Lindenwood Fall Invitational … shot season best round of 81 at Oak Terrace Fall Invitational and the Maryville Spring Invitational … carded an 82 in the second round of the Maryville Spring Invite to score a season-best 163 … recorded back-to-back 83s at the UIS Spring Shootout to finish in 11th place overall … Academic All-GLVC.
High School: Qualified for the Illinois State High School championship four times and was the Williamsville High School team MVP all four years. She was the medalist at the 2010 sectional tournament and finished third at the 2011 sectional tourney. Emerson also recorded a second-place finish at the 2011 Nike Junior Tour event (Central Illinois).
