Shelby Miller helped the Saints begin league play with a 2-0 mark and has helped Maryville piece together its first six-game winning streak since joining Division II. Miller started her week with 16 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals as the Saints defeated McKendree. She followed up with a game-high 23 points and led the Saints with nine rebounds, five on the offensive end, as Maryville defeated Illinois Springfield 84-70. For the week, she averaged 19.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.0 steals. She hit six 3-pointers and was a perfect 7-of-7 at the free-throw line.
