Ignacio Giganti had two consecutive second-place diving finishes at the 2016 Great Lakes Conference Swimming and Diving Championships. He began his championship week with a runner-up performance on the one-meter board as he amassed 362.75 points. Giganti concluded his performance with 373.25 points in the three-meter event to grab a second-place finish.
