Ashley Marks enjoyed a standout batting performance with nine hits at a tournament hosted by Missouri Southern as the softball Saints went 3-1. In the tourney opener vs Northwest Missouri, she had three hits, drove in two runs and scored twice. Marks followed up with two hits, two runs and two RBIs versus Nebraska-Kearney. The next day, she lashed two hits and drove in a run against the host team, then smashed a two-run homer and another hit, scored two runs and recorded two RBIs versus Northeastern State.
