Mariah Loya headed in the game winner for the women’s soccer team in the 60th minute at McKendree as the Saints earned their first bid to the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament. She collected a throw-in from Ashley Pogue and knocked the ball into the upper right corner for the only goal of the game. The strike was Loya’s second of the season.
