Kayla Steward closed the season by scoring in double figures in the last six games. She scored 15 points, grabbed five rebounds and blocked two shots at Illinois Springfield. Steward followed up with 10 points, two rebounds, three assists against the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She also was perfect at the free-throw line and hit all six attempts at the stripe.
