Abby Duethman was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference women’s basketball Player of the Week for the period ending December 16, 2012. In the Saints only game of the week, Duethman recorded a double-double with 18 points and tied her career high with 16 rebounds in a 62-55 victory over Lincoln.

Duethman made 7-of-12 shots from the field (58.3 percent), two 3-pointers and both free throw attempts. She set a season high with three blocks shots, had two assists and recorded one steal. Her efforts helped the Saints record their fourth straight victory. Duethman is averaging a double-double with 15.9 ppg and a league-leading 10.1 rpg.
