Mary Barton averaged 31.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals in two road games for the women's basketball team. She became the first Maryville player to record back-to-back games when she poured in 33 points at Lewis and sealed the win with two free throws with 0.8 seconds left in the game. Barton then made it three straight games of at least 30 points when she finished with 30 points at Illinois Springfield. She also grabbed a career-high nine rebounds and tied her season best with four steals.
