The Maryville men's tennis team upped its record to 5-2 on the season with a 5-2 victory against Purdue Northwest at Sunset Tennis Center.

The Pride won the No. 1 doubles match but the Saints took the doubles point by winning the other two doubles tilts.
Erik Aarthun and Boden Aleksic posted a 6-2 win, and
Jack Beuttell-Triggs and
Donovan McKnight teamed up for a 6-2 win.

Louis Glaves won the top singles match 6-2, 4-6, 6-3, while Aleksic claimed the win at No. 2 by rallying for a 2-6, 6-2, 6-3 decision. Beuttell-Triggs also had to rally for a 5-7, 6-3, 6-2 decision at No. 3. McKnight eased to the win by a 6-0, 6-1 score at the sixth singles slot.

The Saints take a break and are not in action again until they play at home against Missouri Baptist Tuesday, March 24.
