Jessie Hynes fired in four goals and
Madeline Heintz recorded a career-high three assists but Rockhurst defeated the Maryville 17-8 to spoil the Saints Senior Day. Hynes set the single-season scoring record with her 22nd goal of the campaign.
Skyler Jolie added two goals, while goalie
Tabatha Saake had her second highest save total of the season with 15.

What Happened
After Rockhurst opened the scoring, Hynes tallied just under four minutes into the game to tie the score at 1-1. The Hawks used a 5-0 before Hynes broke the skid, and
Haley Downs tacked on a score to bring the Saints to 6-3. After Rockhurst scored,
Julia Banfield found the back of the net for a 7-4 deficit. The Hawks eventually led 8-4 at the break.

The visitors broke the game open by starting the second half with five straight scores. Jolie sandwiched her two goals around Hynes' third of the game. Hynes tallied her fourth in the waning moments to tie her season high. She broke the previous season record of 20 set by
Claire Martin in 2019.
