Romeoville, Ill. - Facing off against the No. 9 ranked team in the Midwest Region, the Maryville men's tennis team dropped a 4-1 decision at Lewis Friday.
 
Jack Beuttell-Triggs and Jose Hernandez won their doubles match at No. 3 via a 6-1 decision. Lewis won the other two matches and the doubles point.
 
Mario Aleksic won his match at No. 1 singles via a 6-4, 6-4 score line. However, that was the only singles point the Saints picked up. Beuttell-Triggs took one set in his No. 2 singles match but could not gain a second point for the Saints.
