Kansas City, Mo. - In its final game of the season, the Maryville women's lacrosse team traveled to Rockhurst but the Hawks moved by the Saints 17-3. Three different players accounted for Maryville's goals.

The Hawks flew out of the gate and grabbed a 4-0 lead.
Jessie Hynes found the back of the net to get the Saints on the scoreboard at the 3:55 mark. Rockhurst tallied twice before
Skyler Jolie answered for Maryville to trim the gap to 6-2. The Hawks grabbed a late score to end the first quarter 7-2. Rockhurst tallied four times in the second to build an 11-2 edge at the break.

Rockhurst added to its lead in the third before
Brooklyn Chojnacki broke in behind the Hawk defense and tucked in her second goal of the season. However, that would prove to be the final goal for the Saints in Kansas City as they ended the regular season.
