Sydney Tiemann tallied seven goals as the Maryville women's lacrosse team set a program record for goals in a 24-8 romp over McKendree. The victory keeps the Saints unbeaten at 12-0.
Jessie Hynes notched five goals and two assists, while
Reagan Rukstad finished with four goals and three assists. The Saints outscored the Bearcats 9-0 in the decisive burst.

The Saints broke on top 3-1 as
Helen Bae scored the first goal of the game, and Hynes tallied twice. The Saints took a 5-3 lead after the first quarter. Rukstad and Tiemann put the Saints up 7-3 early in the second. McKendree pulled one goal back but the Saints reeled off four straight.
Skyler Jolie started the run, and Tiemann built an 11-4 edge. The Saints took a 12-6 lead into halftime.

Maryville took command in the third quarter with nine straight scored. Tiemann started the burst 66 seconds after halftime, and Rukstad's score in the waning seconds made it 21-6. The Saints held McKendree scoreless for nearly 19 minutes, stretching from the 1:29 mark of the second until the 12:57 point of the fourth quarter.
