ST. LOUIS - The Maryville men's and women's tennis teams both fell in contests against Drury Saturday at Vetta Sunset Tennis. The Saints men's lost a 5-2 decision, while the Maryville women were on the short end of a 6-1 scoreline.

On the men's side, the Saints took the doubles point to start the contest.
Diego Alvarez and
Michel Delaloye won at the top doubles slot 6-4.
Markos Prentits and
Jack Quilty prevailed at No. 2 by a 6-2 score.
Maksym Chernogorov took the No. 5 singles match in three sets in a 7-6, 5-7, 10-8 decision. However, the Panthers grabbed the remaining singles points.

For the Maryville women,
Nazli Saka and
Isabella Alvarez won their match at No. 1 doubles. However, Drury took the doubles point via wins at No. 2 and a walkover at No. 3.
Luana Luersen took her singles match at No. 5 via a 6-4, 6-3 score but that would prove to be the only point for the Saints.
