RICHMOND, KY. –
Quinn Thomas finished in 19th place overall to lead the Maryville men's golf team at the Findlay Spring Invitational. The sophomore shot rounds of 68-71-77=216. In a field with five nationally-ranked teams, the Saints finished in a tie for 14th place with rounds of 298-297-301=896.

Thomas blazed the course with a four-under-par 68 in round one that featured six birdies. He was one shot under par in round two and carded a 77 in the final round.
Andrew Rojas improved in each round and shot 79-73-72=224. In his second round he had four birdies in a six hole stretch en route to six on the day.

Antoine Morisset had five birdies in his final round and came home at 75-80-73=228, and
Hsiang-Chih Hsu matched his efforts by also finishing at 228, carding rounds at 76-73-79. He highlighted his opening round with an eagle on hole No. 13.
Javier Gil Blanco trimmed one stroke off his card in each round ad posted scores of 81-80-79=240.

Host and No. 46 Findlay took the team crown with a final score of 834. Rizq Adam Rohizam of Missouri S&T took the individual title with a final score of 201.

Next up for the Saints is the Flyers Spring Invitational hosted by Lewis University at Bolingbrook Country Club in Bolingbrook, Ill., March 30-31.
