ST. LOUIS - The Maryville women's tennis team challenged NCAA Division I Saint Louis University but dropped a 6-1 decision to the Billikens in Dwight Davis Tennis Center.
Â
Nazli Saka and
Isabella Alvarez claimed their contest 6-4 at the top doubles position. However, the Billikens won the matches at No. 2 and No. 3 to grab the team doubles point. In singles action,
Maria Mateos took her contest at No. 5 by a 3-6, 6-0, 10-1 score but that would prove to be the only point Maryville would win in the match.

The Saints are back on the courts as they face Quincy Saturday, April 4, for an 11 a.m. match held at Dwight Davis Tennis Center.
