At Maryville University:

Record: 70-32, Three Letters

2014-15: All-American Dimitri Willis is a key part of a talented group of returning veterans for the Saint Program. Made his second trip to the National Tournament this season and went 1-2. Finished the season 26-12 going 8-2 in duals. Was 4-0 at National Dual Championship. Placed fifth at University of Central Missouri Open and was second at Kaufman/Brand Open. He won the William Penn Open. He placed fourth at Super Regional to qualify for Nationals. Had nine falls during the season with the fastest being in twenty-seven seconds. Dimi­tri captured the team’s Wrestler of the Week Award nine times and OOOSSS Award five times.

2013-2014: Has proven himself to be one of the top Division II 165
pounders in the Nation, had an outstanding National Tournament, an
All-American finishing 5th, had an outstanding year on the mat, in the
classroom and as a leader on the team, placed in the top 4 of every
regular season tournament, finished 35-14, 7-4 in duals, was 3rd at the
UCM Open, 4th at the Lindenwood Open, 2nd at the Kaufman Brand,
3rd at the Midwest Classic, 2nd at the Wm. Penn Open, went 3-0 in
the National Duals, was 4-0 and 1st at the Missouri Valley Invitational,
4th at the Super Region II Tournament qualifying for the National
Tournament, selected Wrestler of the Week 12 times, OOOSSS Award
Winner 11 times, selected Most Improved, Outstanding Sophomore, 30
Match Award Winner with 35 wins, received the Iron Man Award and
Ryan Kaufman Award, selected as one of the Outstanding Wrestlers on
the team.

2012-2013 Season: Wrestled in 16 matches finishing 10-6 (3-2 in duals)… Placed second at William Penn Open…Was third at Missouri Valley Open…Won dual against Ouachita Baptist’s David Butler, 9-4, that helped Saints’ to a 22-21 comeback victory…Also wrestled at 174lbs in the Mckendree dual and won an exciting 2-1 tiebreaker match over Isaiah Gonzalez and helped Maryville to a 25-13 dual win…5-time winner of Maryville Wrestler of the Week Award…Won team’s OOOSSS Award for his performances in Ouachita Baptist and McKendree duals…Maryville’s Rebounding Power Award…of his 10 wins, 5 were by fall…Earned 1 letter.
