Maryville University Athletics

2014: Ran a 18:58 at Southern Indiana and finished second on the team … was the first Maryville runner to cross the line at Missouri Southern in 26:14 and 30th overall in a field with numerous Division I participants … was the overall winner at the Maryville Open as he finished the 8K in 26:14.6 to lead a Saints sweep … finished second on the team and fourth overall at the Lewis Rumble in 26:28.89 … was 12th overall at the St. Louis Fall Classic with a time of 26:55 … third on the squad at the GLVC Championship in 26:54.86 … Academic All-GLVC selection.

2013: Clocked a personal best in the 6K with a 20:37 during the Saint Louis University Festival … ran his best time in the 8K with a 27:06 at the GLVC Championship … posted a 28:30.3 at the Maryville Open … selected Academic All-GLVC.
 
2012: Ran in five races on the season … regularly finished in the top five for the squad … ran 21:00 at Washington University, good for 45th overall …. was fourth at the GLVC meet for the team in 27:15.4 … also was fourth at the NCAA Regionals covering the 10K in 34:56.
 
High School: Was a two-time state California state qualifier in cross country and recorded a 23rd-place finish during the 2011 state meet for St. Bonaventure High School. Allen has proven leadership abilities and was senior-year captain for both his cross country and track and field teams. He holds PRs of 4:24 in the 1,600 and 16:17 for the 5K. Allen has been a member of the National Honor Society, Interact club treasurer and he works as a volunteer at a local shelter.
