2013: Narrowly missed out on setting a 6K personal record with a 19:59 at the Saint Louis University Festival race … came home in seventh place during the Maryville Open … posted best 8K time of the season with a 26:38 at the GLVC Championship race … Academic All-GLVC selection.
 
2012: Did not run in a race … Academic All-GLVC.
 
2011: 19:56.4 at WashU (17^th)...8k: 26:11.1 at Brissmann (46^th), 25:59.7 at GLVC (27^th), 27:00.0 at IC Rosenberger (9^th), 29:37.3 at Maryville...10k: 33:55.9 at NCAA Regionals (55^th).  His time at GLVC put him just 15 seconds away from Paul Hockett’s Maryville record of 25:45. ..Academic All-GLVC Selection.
 
2010: Top Saints finisher at two meets ... placed 35th at the 6K WashU Early Bird Meet (9/4) wtih a 20:29.3 ... took 22nd at the Maryville Classic with an 8K time of 20:17 on 9/18 ... took 85th at Oklahoma State's Jamboree on Sept. 25 with a 8K time of 27:41.24 ... led team at Chile Pepper with school-record 10K time of 33:41.61 (10/16) ... took 13th at StLCOP's Meet with a 8K time of 27:25.58 (10/23) ... top Maryville finisher at the GLVC Championships with his 8K time of 26:43.9 (11/6) ... Academic All-GLVC Selection

2009: Finished the 6K WashU Early Bird on 9/5 in 21:55.0 ... took 11th at the Maryville Fall Classic with 6K time of 21:35.0 ... took 69th at the Pre-National 8K race with time of 28:54.48 (9/26) ... took 82nd at the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational with 8K time of 27:59.7 (10/10) ... finished the 8K GLVC Conference Meet race in 28:25.07 (10/24) ... placed 17th at the Hokie Open with a 6K time of 20:35.3 (11/6/09) ... received Coaches Award ... Academic All-GLVC.
 
High School: Two-time Nebraska state competitor in cross country ... four-year member of the honor roll.
