2016: Played in 15 matches and started in 14 of the games ... scored his only goal of the year against UW-Parkside (10/7/16) ... finished with two points and was credited with three shots ... Acaedmic All-GLVC selection.

2015: Played in all 17 matches and earned starts in all of those games as a freshman … credited with an assist on the game-winning goal against Lewis … tied for 2^nd on the club in shots with 14 … earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
 
Prior to Maryville:
Schafer comes to the Saints after spending time at one of the premier sports institutions in the United Kingdom, Loughborough University. Before Loughborough, Schafer spent more than 10 years in Royal Antwerp Football Club's academy. He represented the Belgian second tier club at every age group from U-8 to U-19. Schafer was promoted to the reserve team before deciding to focus on his education and enrolling at Loughborough University last summer.
