2014: At the USI Stegemoller Classic, took fourth for the team in 16:42.3 … ran a 20:34.57 and was the fourth runner at the Missouri Southern Stampede … picked up a top-10 finish during the Maryville Open with a 25:35.0, good for ninth place … snared another ninth place finish at the Lewis Rumble in 19:31.0 … was fifth on the team at the St. Louis Fall Classic meet with a time of 21:19 … finished fourth for the Saints at the GLVC Championship at 24:43.83 … at the NCAA Regional meet, was fourth on the team with a time of 25:09.4 … Academic All-GLVC selection.

2013: Set a career best 5K time at the Saint Louis University Festival in 21:36 … smashed her previous best time in the 6K with a 25:03 during the Illinois College meet …Academic All-GLVC.
 
2012: Posted a time of 18:06 at the WU Early Bird meet … finished the Richard Clark meet 5K in 23:06.0 … ran a 27:33.8 at the GLVC Championship …an Academic All-GLVC selection.
 
High School: Was a four-time state qualifier in cross country and twice was a state medalist while at Oak Ridge High School. ORHS did not have a track and field program, but Lappe also played on the varsity volleyball team at the same time she was running cross country. She has a 5K personal record of 21:46 in cross country. Was the salutatorian of her class at Oak Ridge.
