ACCOMPLISHMENTS
2021-22: Lance has been a Soldier and Warrior for us. We can always count on him. He is a “Positive Force” for us on and off the mat. He has made an Positive Impact on our Team. Lance has received numerous academic awards and has graduated but will be returning for his final year of competition and working on a Masters Degree. Lance earned the Redshirt Scholar Award, 2X NWCA Scholar All-American, Dt. Lombardi Saint Award, “Ms. Bonnie” Saint Award, 2X Varsity Letter Award, and DII Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award. Lance has raised the level in our Dojo since he became part of our Team. He makes our Dojo a much “Better Place”.
2020-21(COVID Shortened Season): Lance made an immediate impact on the team when he transferred to us this season, here are the awards he earned. Redshirt Junior Scholar Award, NWCA Scholar All-American, Dr. Lombardi Saint Award, Varsity Letter Award, DII Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award, GLVC Academic All-Conference. “Lancer” definitely added to the overall “Work Power” in our Dojo. He is someone we can count on for anything, and “Raises the Level” of our Dojo. Lance is a Soldier and a “Positive Force” for our wrestling program and his teammates.

The Maryville Wrestling Team would like to announce that Lance Hymer will be part of our Maryville Wrestling Team. Lance comes from the Seneca High School Wrestling Program Seneca, MO. Lance was Coached there by one of Coach Denney’s former National Champion’s, Jeff Sill. “Jeff has done a Tremendous job at Seneca High School. He has built Seneca into one of the top High School Wrestling Programs in State. Jeff was a Great Leader for us and is doing a Great job of leading the Wrestling Program at Seneca High School. We are pleased to get one of his top Wrestler’s.
