Maryville University Athletics

Adam Hall enters his 3rd season at the helm of the Maryville Men's Soccer program. He became the 10th head men's soccer coach in program history Feb. 7, 2024 after spending eight seasons as the head coach at the University of Illinois Springfield.

He currently holds a NCAA Coaching Record of 102-64-39, reaching 100 career wins with the Saints GLVC semfinal win in 2025.
 
In his two years at the helm Hall has made an immediate impact, reaching the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Tournament Championship match in both seasons, winning his first title in the 2025 season with a 2-1 victory over McKendree on Nov. 15, 2025. He went on to lead the Saints into the NCAA tournament for the sixth-straight season. Hall himself has made it to five straight NCAA tournaments, three with UIS and two now with the Saints. 

Hall, in his first season at the helm of the Saints soccer team, rallied in Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) action, going 9-2-3 against GLVC foes to earn the No. 2 seed in the GLVC tournament, where the Saints advanced all the way to the championship finals. Hall proceeded to lead the Saints to their fifth straight GLVC berth and hosting duties for a game in the NCAA tournament.
 
After being hired in 2016, Hall led the Prairie Stars to the first GLVC Tournament appearance and first NCAA Regional ranking in program history in 2017, led UIS to three NCAA Tournaments, and all four GLVC Tournament appearances in the history of the school.
 
Prior to his time at UIS, Hall spent two seasons as the head coach at Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Ind. He transformed the soccer program that had only won three games in three years and saw a first-year record of 9-6-1. The program qualified for the GLVC Tournament for the first time in 20 years and eventually was ranked as high as No. 7 in the NCAA Regional rankings.
 
Before becoming a head coach at the NCAA Division II level, Hall turned around NJCAA program Ancilla College. He guided the school to the Michigan Community College Athletic Association Championship in his first season in 2013 and a 2014 Region XII runner-up finish. Hall helped the program break numerous records on the field and academically. In total, he has accumulated a college career coaching record of 100-65-21 over 10 seasons.
 
Hall's start in coaching came as the U15 Junior Irish Soccer Club Head Coach where he was eventually promoted to the club's U13-15 Technical Director. He successfully promoted his team in three consecutive seasons to the ISL Premier League.
 
Hall earned his Master of Arts in teaching in 2010 from Delaware State University and a Bachelor of Science in sports management from Martin Methodist College in 2007.
