Mitch Carriger hit .588 over five games last week. He recorded 10 hits in 17 at-bats with two doubles and four RBIs. Carriger had a .706 slugging percentage and a .650 on-base percentage as he drew three walks and did not strike out. He went 3-for-4 against McKendree and in the third game against Quincy and had at least one hit in all five games. Defensively, Carriger had seven putouts, including one catch at the wall that robbed a QU player of an extra-base hit.
