Maddie Timmermann helped the Saints win three straight matches for the first time this season as Maryville went undefeated at the Crossover Tournament in Aurora, Ill. Covering three matches, she finished with 39 kills while hitting .451 to go along with nine digs, three service aces and four blocks.
Timmermann began the tournament against Lake Erie with 16 kills with a .379 hitting percentage. She added five digs, tied her season high with three service aces and added two blocks. Against Ursuline, she hit .474 and again reached double figures with 10 kills in a three-set sweep. In her last match versus Ohio Dominican, Timmermann smashed in 13 kills with just one error on only 23 swings as she posted a .522 hitting percentage.
