Kayla Steward averaged 14 points over two games while shooting 58.8 percent from the field and 75 percent at the free-throw line. Against Grand Valley State, she scored 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting and added two assists. Steward followed up with a career-best 17 points on 5-of-9 marksmanship, including nailing both 3-pointers, and sinking five free throws in a win over Davenport. She chipped in three rebounds, three assists and two steals.
