Alyssa Callans helped the Saints softball team open the season with three victories. In the pitching circle, she accounted for two wins and posted a 0.91 ERA. Callans gave up just one earned run in 7-2/3 innings and recorded seven strikeouts. As a hitter, she had five hits, including a home run, and hit .417 over the four games. Callans drove in five runs and scored five times.
