Alyssa Callans posted a 2-0 mark in the circle and helped lead the softball Saints to a 4-2 week, including a sweep of UMSL. She gave up just two hits and had five strikeouts in a 1-0 victory over UMSL. Callans followed up with an 11-1 triumph over Pittsburg State. She surrendered just one run on three hits while recording six strikeouts. Callans also had four Ks in 5-1/3 innings with four strikeouts in a second outing at Pittsburg State. As a batter, she had three hits, including a home run, drove in four runs and scored three times.
