Missouri-St. Louis boxscore in PDF

St. Louis
- University of Missouri-St. Louis forward Jordan Fletcher scored with just under three seconds remaining in the game to push the Tritons past the Maryville women's basketball team 62-60 in the season finale for the Saints.

With the score tied 43-43 after three quarters, Carly Frala sank two free throws in the opening minute to edge the Saints ahead. Ali Ringering scored on a layup for a 47-43 lead. After UMSL tallied a basket, Ringering drilled a 3-pointer for a 50-45 advantage at the 7:24 mark. The Tritons scored six straight points to take the lead before Stephanie Sherwood made a layup in traffic. Ringering converted two at the line for a 53-51 lead. The teams traded points until Hillyer scored for a 58-55 lead with 1:51 to play.

The Tritons knocked down a triple to tie the game and took the lead 60-58 on two free throws by Shea O'Brien with 15.1 seconds to go. Ringering was fouled and calmly tied the game 60-all with 10.4 ticks remaining. However, the Tritons looked inside and Fletcher's layup spun in for the two-point lead. The Saints pushed the ball up the right side but were unable to get off a final shot at the buzzer.

Sherwood finished with a game-high 19 points, while Ringering added 18. Hillyer, making her final appearance in a Maryville uniform, recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. O'Brien came off the bench to lead UMSL (11-15, 6-12 GLVC) with 18 points.

The Saints shot 70 percent (14-of-20) in the first half but could not sustain the pace in the second half. Maryville closes the season with an 11-14 record overall, 5-13 in the GLVC.
