Concordia St. Paul boxscore in PDF

The Maryville women's lacrosse team received goals from three different players but Concordia St. Paul used a 6-0 run midway through the first half to pull away for the 18-3 win.
 
The Golden Bears scored five minutes into the game before Haley Downs tallied the equalizer at the 23:55 mark. However, CSP went on its big run to grab a 7-1 advantage. Bri Laster fired in a goal to cut the gap to 7-2 but the Golden Bears scored five straight to end the half. The margin grew to 16-2 before Brianna Bravo tallied a man-up goal. Tabatha Saake came up with four saves on the day for the Saints.
 
The Saints slip to 1-6 on the season, 0-4 in the GLIAC. Concordia St. Paul is 5-3 overall, 2-1 in the conference. Maryville hosts Northern Michigan Sunday in a 10 a.m. start.
