The Maryville men's tennis team lost a tightly-contested 4-3 match at Lindenwood Tuesday afternoon in St. Charles, Mo.

Louis Glaves and
Jack Beuttell-Triggs won their No. 1 doubles match 7-6 in a tiebreak but the Lions won the doubles point by taking the other two matches. In singles play, Glaves posted a 6-0, 6-3 win and Beuttell-Triggs emerged at No. 2 with a 6-3, 6-4 victory.
Bodin Aleksic took the point at No. 4 singles by identical 6-3, 6-3 scores. However, the Saints were unable to grab the final team point for the win.

The Saints are 7-7 on the season and are next in action Friday, April 12, as they play at Rockhurst.
