Addison Devers scored a program-record six times and the Maryville women's lacrosse team set a school record for goals in a 17-12 victory at Missouri Valley College Saturday afternoon. She surpassed the previous mark of four goals as the Saints won their second straight game to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Devers scored the first two goals of the game to push the Saints ahead. The Vikings tied the game before the teams traded the lead. Down 5-4, Maryville scored three straight times.
Lexi Taylor sandwiched two scores around one by
Julia Banfield for a 7-5 edge. MVC pulled one back but the Saints answered with four straight. After another Devers score,
Bri Laster found the back of the net for a 9-6 lead at halftime. Laster made it two straight, and Taylor completed a hat trick for an 11-6 lead early in the second half.

Laster scored her third straight of the game as the Maryville margin grew to 14-8. The Vikings tried to mount a rally but Devers and Banfield scored late to close out the victory.
Tabatha Saake made five saves in nearly 49 minutes of action to pick up the win in the net.
Claire Martin had two assists on the day.

The Saints improve to 2-0 on the season and are next in action as they open their new home facility, the Maryville Athletic Complex, Thursday, March 5.
