Indianapolis - Battling at No. 7 Indianapolis, the Maryville women's tennis team was defeated Saturday afternoon in the Circle City. The Greyhounds posted a 7-0 win over the Saints.

In doubles play, the Saints made a push at No. 3 doubles with
Victoria Lisson and
Georgina Cupper but lost a 6-4 decision. The Greyhounds have three singles players ranked in the top 50 and the Saints ended up dropping all the singles matches.
Nicole Pafundi was narrowly edged out at No. 4 singles by a 6-3, 6-4 scoreline.
