St. Louis – Lewis used a big second half to hand the Maryville men's basketball squad an 81-59 defeat Saturday afternoon.
Harrison Vickers topped the Saints with 16 points on 6-of-12 shooting, and
Tutu Chisholm and
Dylan Ingram both finished with 11 points apiece. Chisholm also snared a team-high seven rebounds for Maryville.

Lewis recap
After a closely contested first half, Lewis led 33-26 early in the second before the Saints responded.
Jaeden Smith and Vickers knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers to pull the Saints to within 33-32.
Ben Palacios answered a Lewis hoop. The Flyers went back up and stretched their edge to 47-38. Ingram swished in a 3-pointer, and Vickers' three-point sequence cut the gap down to 47-44. However, Lewis went on a 15-2 run and pulled away slowly in the second half. The Saints scored six of eight points to attempt a push but never trimmed the gap to single digits.
