Men’s Soccer Qualifies for Sixth-Consecutive NCAA Tournament

Maryville University will take on the University of Wisconsin - Parkside in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday, Nov. 17, in Tiffin, Ohio.

After making a run to the NCAA Quarterfinals last season, Maryville went 10-3-5 in 2023 with a 7-2-4 record in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. They went into the GLVC Tournament as the fifth seed, getting knocked out of the conference tournament in the first round by McKendree University with a 1-0 final.

In their last five games against Parkside since 2015, the Saints are 4-1-0 including two wins in the last two years. Maryville won 2-0 in last year's NCAA Third Round matchup on Nov. 17, 2022, and picked up a 4-1 this season on Sept. 10.

The men now hold the longest active NCAA Tournament appearances streak in the region with six. The kickoff on Friday is set for 11 a.m. (CT)/noon (ET).
