St. Louis – It was a record-breaking performance for the Maryville women's lacrosse team as they dominated Tiffin in a 23-1 victory Friday afternoon. The goal output was a program record, surpassing the previous mark of 21 set against Hendrix Feb. 19, 2022.

The Saints dominated from the outset to cruise to their largest winning margin. Tiemann tallied the opener at the 9:12 mark of the first, and Bae followed with her first score two minutes later. The duo tacked on one more goal apiece as the Saints took a 4-0 after the first quarter.
Jessie Hynes got the scoring restarted in the second, and Tiemann and Bae both completed their hat tricks by the end of the quarter. The Saints took an 11-0 advantage into the break.

Tiffin scored its lone goal of the day to begin the third quarter but
Lexi Taylor answered as the Saints reeled off a 5-0 spree to end the third. Maryville closed out the scoring with seven more goals in the fourth quarter.

Reagan Rukstad all scored twice to boost the Maryville offense.
Jo Miles made two saves on the day and allowed only the one goal to the Dragons.
