Sydney Tiemann had her second straight game with six goals as the Maryville women's lacrosse team roared by Concordia St. Paul 17-8.
Helen Bae tallied three times, while
Skyler Jolie and
Jessie Hynes both scored twice. Eight different Saints scored at least one goal. The victory is the third straight for Maryville, the first time the Saints have recorded a three-game winning streak.

Tiemann fired in the opening goal just 17 seconds into the contest, the fastest goal to start a game in program history, for a quick 1-0 lead.
Lexi Taylor collected a pass from Hynes and fired in a shot to double the Maryville edge.
Reagan Rukstad and Bae tallied nearly one minute apart for a 4-0 advantage. CSP answered with three straight but Maryville pushed back with another 4-0 run. Tiemann and Hynes alternated goals for an 8-3 advantage. The Saints scored the last three goals of the half for an 11-4 cushion at the break.

The Bears scored two goals late in the third but Tiemann had the last score of the quarter to make it 14-7. The Saints put the game away with three scores midway through the final 15 minutes.
Jo Miles made eight saves in the net to record the victory.
