Harding recap
Harding started quickly by scoring the first six points of the match. The Saints slowly chopped into their deficit and got back to within three. Harding still led 21-15 before Maryville rallied with seven straight points. Grace Graham started the run with two kills, and Hasbrook served an ace. Ella Brinkmann put down a kill and Harding had an error. Another kill by Graham tied the score, and a hitting miscue gave the Saints a 22-21 lead. The score was tied three more times, the last at 24-all. Abbie Schnell tipped in a kill, and a block by Leslie Longanbach and Taylor Keck capped the Saints rally at 26-24.

Maryville held a narrow 11-10 edge before stretching its advantage. Glastetter had a kill, Schnell added another, and a Grace Knadler termination put the Saints ahead 14-10. Glastetter pounded down a ball to ignite a 5-0 burst as the Saints took command. Maryville had three blocks in the run and eventually built a 20-12 margin. The Saints cruised to a 2-0 lead.

Harding had its highest hitting percentage of the match in the third and trimmed the Saints lead to 2-1. Maryville bounced back to close out the contest in the fourth. Down 10-7, the Saints tied the score at 10-all. Maryville went on a 3-0 burst but Harding eventually tied the set at 19-19. Brinkmann's kill put the Saints back on top to start a 4-0 run, and a Harding error handed Maryville a 23-19 lead. A Brinkmann ace closed out the match.
