Findlay, Ohio – For the second straight game, the Maryville women's lacrosse team recorded 25 goals as the No. 13 Saints flew by Findlay 25-3. The Saints scored 15 consecutive goals in the first half and moved to 2-0 on the season.
Jessie Hynes tallied three goals and three assists to lead the team with six points, while
Sydney Tiemann recorded five goals for the second straight contest. Five different players scored at least three goals in the game.

Tiemann opened the scoring just 1:48 into the contest. The Oilers tied the score at 1-1 two minutes later.
Kylie Pettus fired in a player-up goal as the Saints tallied the next seven scores. Hynes and
Helen Bae scored less than a minute apart.
Chloe Elliott and Tiemann found the back of the net. Bae and
Natalie Tomljenovic scored late in the first as Maryville led 8-1.

Elliott opened the scoring in the second quarter, and
Julia Banfield deposited a score one minute later. Tiemann completed a first-half hat trick, and Hynes did the same with consecutive goals. Pettus tacked on a score, before Tiemann and Elliott notched tallies before halftime. Maryville went into the break leading 16-1. The Saints opened the third quarter with the first five goals and cruised to their second consecutive win. The 50 goals scored in consecutive games is the most in program history.
