Kansas City, Mo. –
Luke Williams led five Maryville men's basketball players in double figures with a season-high 22 points as the Saints recorded an 86-79 win at Rockhurst. Williams sank all four of his 3-point attempts and was 8-of-10 from the field overall.
Tutu Chisholm recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. The Saints blazed the nets at a 56.4 percent clip (31-of-55) and hit 13 3-pointers.

Rockhurst recap
Early in the second half,
Trey Redd splashed in a 3-pointer to give the Saints a 47-38 lead. Rockhurst scored eight straight to pull back to within one. Maryville responded with a 10-2 run.
Davis Walker started the burst with a layup, and triples by
Anthony Holden and Williams were good for a 57-48 lead. The Hawks pushed back to 59-55 before
Colin Schuler hit a hook shot, and a Williams 3-pointer built a 64-55 cushion at the 9:52 mark.

The Hawks tried to rally and trimmed the gap to four points
Ari Jackson hit a jumper, and Walker's trey was good for a double-digit lead at 77-67. Williams made a jumper and added two free throws as the Saints took their biggest lead of the half at 81-70. Maryville made five of six free throws in the final minute to seal the victory.

Redd just missed on his own double-double with 14 points and nine assists, while Holden added 14 points. Walker finished with 12 points.
