INDIANAPOLIS – The No. 20-ranked Maryville wrestling team, just days from its journey into NCAA postseason action, racked up four All-GLVC honorees, including two among the first team.

No. 2-ranked Ryan Herman (285) and Evan Binder (133) sit on the first team. While No. 15 Dalton Litzsinger (184) found a spot on the second team, and No. 10 Cole Ritter (174) arrives on the third team.
 
Herman has put together a dominant year as the Saints heavyweight, earning a Midwest Classic title alongside a 21-2 record this regular season. Sitting as one of the team captains, he grabbed four falls on the season as well as a sudden victory win over No. 15 Clayton Ours of Upper Iowa in the GLVC Tournament. Binder, after a slow start to the year, kicked it into another gear late in the season, finishing 24-10, with a perfect 5-0 mark in conference action.
 
Litzsinger at 184 has been electric on the mat this season, racking up a team leading 13 falls on the season, with a 4-1 mark in GLVC-action, earning a GLVC Wrestler of the Week nod for the week of Feb. 4.
 
Ritter, after moving up to 174 from 165 mid-season, has taken to the new weight class with style, reaching No. 10 in the country at 174. He was instrumental in the Saints comeback to knock off—then No. 7-ranked—McKendree on the road, igniting a four-match rally to spoil the Bearcats day. Ritter enters regionals as the Saints tech fall leader, having scored nine this season.
