Natalie Tomljenovic scored a career-high six goals as the No. 5 Maryville women's lacrosse team won its fifth straight following an 18-4 triumph over Northern Michigan.
Chloe Elliott scored four times, while
Marissa Zeno finished with three goals and an assist, while
Helen Bae tallied a goal and distributed three assists.
Gianna Guzek made eight saves in the nets.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Bae scored on a free-position attempt to open the scoring, with Tomljenovic and Zeno pushing the lead to 3-0. NMU got one goal bac but
Devyn Dimovitz answered, and
Gaby Quinones scored on another free-position shot for a 5-1 lead after the first.

To start the third, Elliott sandwiched goals around one by the Wildcats. Kyle Pettus registered her first of the day, and Elliott completed her second-quarter hat trick. Tomljenovic's score pushed the margin to 10-2.

Izzy Watts opened the scoring in the third, and Elliott deposited her fourth on the day. The Wildcats scored midway through the quarter but Tomljenovic and Zeno rebuilt the margin to 14-3. The Saints tacked on four more scores in the fourth to close out the victory.
