WHEATON, ILL. – Max Hsu tied for third overall and paced the Maryville men's golf team to third place at the Flyer Invitational held at Cantigny Golf Club in Wheaton, Ill. The Saints shot 302-302=604 and finished just five shots out of first place.
 
Max Hsu closed with matching rounds of 74 in the opener to finish at 148. Quinn Thomas was second on the team and tied for 11th after rounds of 72-79=151. Andrew Rojas was third on the squad and posted rounds of 78-74=152 for a top 20 finish. His final round featured four birdies to lead the Saints in the final round.  Javier Gil Blanco came home at 82-75= 157, while Hsiang-Chih Hsu shot 78-82=160
 
Davenport took the team title, beating out 13 schools, with a final score of 599. Bryson Oots of William Jewell finished first overall with a total of 143.
