ST. LOUIS  – The No. 4 Maryville men's lacrosse team outscored Alabama-Huntsville 7-1 in the third quarter and pulled away for a 17-7 victory Saturday.
Wyatt Robertson fired in six goals to pace the offensive surge.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Ben Mickett opened the scoring in the third minute of play, and Robertson connected for his first on the day. UAH pulled one goal back but
Flint Thielen answered with a score. Robertson found the back of the net for a 4-1 margin before UAH tallied late in the quarter to make it 4-2. Robertson finished off a hat trick in the second. UAH scored two late goals as the Saints took a narrow 5-4 lead into the break.

The Saints took over in the third quarter with the decisive run.
Chris Anderson started the burst with a score, and the Saints won the ensuing faceoff.
Justin Simonson fed
Colin Tobias for a man-up goal. Robertson connected for his fourth on the day followed by a pole goal from
John Chorlton.
Brenden Bloedel spun around the UAH defense and notched a goal to make it 10-4. UAH finally scored again but
George Tocko and Bloedel both scored in the final minute as Maryville built a 12-5 advantage.

UAH tried to rally by scoring the first goal in the fourth but the Saints responded with five straight to put the game out of reach. Robertson tallied back-to-back goals to start the run.
Shea Raeburn won the following faceoff and sprinted down the field to score just six seconds later.
