ST. LOUIS - The Maryville men's tennis team won its second straight match with a 5-2 victory over Missouri-St. Louis at Dwight Davis Tennis Center Saturday in Forest Park.

Lorenzo Biava and
Jack Quilty cruised to a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles to open the match. UMSL took the No. 1 doubles contest but
Maksym Chernogorov and
Luca Morbioli worked for a 7-6 (8-6) victory at No. 3 doubles to give the Saints the opening team point.

Michel Delaloye eased to a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles, while
Diego Alvarez posted a 6-3, 6-2 victory at No. 4 singles. The Saints finished up strongly Chernogorov dominating in a 6-1, 6-1 triumph at No. 5. Quilty was just as good as he claimed a 6-0, 6-2 decision in the final singles match.
