ST. LOUIS - The Maryville women's tennis team faced city-rival Missouri-St. Louis but saw the Tritons take a 7-0 decision Saturday at Dwight Davis Tennis Center.

Mira Vasileva pushed their doubles match at No. 3 to a tiebreak but the Tritons wound up taking all three matches and the doubles team point.

Isabella Alvarez went the distance at No. 1 singles but fell in the third set. Vasileva took the opening set of her match at No. 3 but could not close out the win.
Luana Luersen forced a third-set superset but was not able to cap the comeback.

The Saints end the regular season Saturday, April 25, with a match at Illinois Springfield.
