PERU, IND. – The Maryville men's golf team was back in Indiana for the second straight week, and the Saints took fourth place at the Midwest Collegiate Tournament. Maryville carded team scores of 288-291-306=873 in the field of 18 squads at Rock Hollow Golf Club.

William Cartier-Watchorn again paced the Saints and came home in a tie for 12th place out of 102 golfers with scores of 68-72-77=217. He put up six birdies in his opening round as he cruised to a 68 and added two more birdies in his second round. One stroke back was
Colin Pini who shot rounds at 70-73-75=218. He put up five birdies in the first round and tacked on a trio in his second round.

Louie Mortimer-Martinsen was an additional shot back and ended his tournament with scores of 73-69-77=219. He had four birdies in round one but went on a spree with seven birdies in his second round. He carded a 33 on the back nine of his second round that saw him post four straight birdies and five in a six-hole span. Mortimer-Martinsen had back-to-back birdies in the final round.

Riley Gudgeon closed his scoring at 70-74-79=223. He carded six birdies over his first two rounds and put up three more in his final 18.
Andrew Rojas finished at 78-72-77=227. He had two birdies over his first 18 holes and improved as he recorded four in his second round. Rojas tacked on two more birdies in his last round.

Findlay grabbed tournament team honors at 862. The Saints are next in action when they play in the Bearcat Invitational hosted by McKendree at Far Oaks Golf Club in Caseyville, Ill.
