Averaged 8.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game.
Shot 58.3 percent from the field on 77-of-132 shooting.
Blocked 23 shots on the year to rank second on the team.
Tallied a season-high 19 points at McKendree and completed a double-double with 10 rebounds.
Snared a season-best 11 rebounds against UMSL.
Made all six field goal attempts versus Rockhurst.
Was an Academic All-GLVC selection.

2017-18:
Was in the starting lineup all 28 games.
Averaged 13.2 points and 6.4 rebounds per game and earned second-team All-GLVC honors.
Notched seven double-doubles on the year.
Shot .597 from the field and was second on the team with 85 made free throws.
Poured in a season-high 21 points at William Jewell.

Prior to Maryville: Thompson appeared in 37 games and made four starts during his two-year stay at Missouri State. He scored 51 points and grabbed 40 rebounds while adding 14 steals and 10 blocked shots. Thompson appeared in eight games for the Bears in 2014-15 but took a medical redshirt. He played in 19 games as a redshirt freshman during the 2015-16 campaign and saw 126 minutes of action while scoring 30 points and grabbing 23 rebounds. Last season, he saw the court in 10 games and finished with eight points and eight rebounds.
 
At Mary Institute Country Day School, Thompson averaged 16.2 points and 9.7 rebounds and shot 49 percent from the field. As a senior, he was a Class 4 All-State selection, was the Metro League Player of the Year and named to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch All-Metro third team. His mother, Courtney (Austin) Thompson ranks in the Lindenwood career top 10 for scoring average, field goals made, field goal percentage, total rebounds and rebounding average. He is the grandnephew of NBA great Wes Unseld, and his uncle, Earl Austin Jr., is the leading scorer and a Hall of Famer at Lindenwood and a prominent sports journalist in St. Louis.
