Adam Gliebe

Adam Gliebe enters his third season at Maryville University as the programs infield coach, third base coach and recruiting coordinator.

Gliebe helped bring in another top recruiting class in 2014 bringing the total to 26 student athletes in two years as he has helped lead the way on the recruiting trail.
Gliebe helped lead Maryville University to its first Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament appearance in 2013 while the program set several team records including wins, wins in conference play, and defensively the team had the programs highest fielding percentage at .962.  That same year he helped Mike Wilkinson earn second team all-conference as an infielder while playing both corner infield positions.

Gliebe played for two collegiate programs during his college playing days while solidifying the role as the everyday shortstop at both schools.  He spent two seasons at John A. Logan Community College in Carbondale, IL (07’-09’) where he was named an All-Conference infielder and also played two seasons at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC (09’-11’). In 2012, he finished his playing career in the Frontier League with the Lake Erie Crushers.
