Hunter Swift joins the Maryville baseball coaching staff after finishing his collegiate playing career at Oral Roberts University. He was a two-way player at ORU competing in the outfield and the mound.
In 2021 Swift was first-team All-Summit League selection and a three-time member of the Summit League Honor Roll. He began his collegiate career at Jefferson College where he was an All-Conference player in 2017 and helped lead his team to a JUCO World Series appearance in 2018. Swift is a native of Kansas City and graduated from Staley High School. He will primarily be coaching the Saints outfielders and assist with the hitters.
